Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant (RA) in Mountain Iron, MN. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily activities, and administer medications as part of a compassionate care team in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling independence and dignity, including medication administration.
• Foster connections by building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being in partnership with the care team.
• Show kindness, patience, and understanding to residents and families during interactions.
• Engage residents in activities that bring joy, purpose, and belonging.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform homemaking duties such as cleaning rooms and providing laundry services.
