Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in Grand Rapids, MN. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older. Exception: individuals under 18 may be considered if they possess a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities to help residents maintain independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications as directed.
• Foster connections by building meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being with the care team.
• Support dining experiences by preparing and serving meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform homemaking duties including cleaning rooms, common areas, and laundry.
• Contribute to a compassionate, home-like environment with a high level of attentiveness and empathy.
