Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants for Lincoln Village Senior Living in Port Washington, WI. Open interviews every Tuesday 10:00am–4:00pm; 12-hour shifts; benefits include competitive wages and growth opportunities.

You'll provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, monitor changes, document care, and collaborate with the care team to maintain residents' independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
• Document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
