2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Full‑Time and Part‑Time shifts available.

All Resident Assistants will also work every other weekend and rotate holidays.

Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Education Requirements

• Must have all 4 CBRF certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible Medication Handling: Administers medications accurately and safely, following all regulations, policies, and standards of practice.
• Thorough and Timely Documentation: Completes all required documentation independently, reports incidents immediately, and ensures accurate record‑keeping before the end of each shift in accordance with VMP policy.
• Exceptional Resident Care & Daily Living Support: Assists with all aspects of daily living per individualized care plans, including hygiene, grooming, mobility, meal support, medication administration, and activity facilitation while promoting resident dignity, independence, and safety.
• Strong Communication & Team Collaboration: Maintains confidentiality, communicates resident updates effectively across shifts, supports new employees and residents, and interacts professionally with families and team members.
• Commitment to Excellence & Professional Growth: Participates in ongoing training, teaches others, seeks opportunities to improve practice, and consistently upholds high standards of performance, conduct, and dress.
