Legend Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, grooming, and meals.

You will monitor residents' comfort, document tasks, and communicate needs to the Health Care Director; evenings and weekends may be required. Qualifications

• Assisting with daily care of residents including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, e.g., urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to Health Care Director.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care tasks.
• Provide companionship and support for residents' well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident updates.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns to nursing leadership.
• Support the nursing team during shifts and ensure quality care.
