The Waters is seeking Resident Assistants (RA) and Nursing Assistant staff in Minnesota. RAs start at $17–$19 per hour based on experience, with Nursing Assistant wages at $18 per hour and higher based on experience.

The waters offer extensive benefits, paid training, and a clear growth path within a supportive senior-care environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, dining support, homemaking tasks, and meticulous daily charting under supervision.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.

Responsabilités

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in resident health status and/or recommendations for changes to the resident plan of care.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters Way.
