Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Resident Assistant to join our nursing team in Bucks County, PA. You will support residents with daily living activities, helping with personal care, grooming, meals, and social interaction to enhance quality of life.

In this role you’ll monitor comfort, document tasks, and communicate needs to the Health Care Director. A compassionate approach and prior caregiving experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Ability to document tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care including personal hygiene, grooming, meals.
• Monitor residents’ comfort and respond to needs.
• Document shift reports and resident records.
• Convey urgent needs to Health Care Director clearly.
• Manage tasks within assigned shift.
