Currently Interviewing for:

• AM Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM)
• PM Shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM)

Wages Range $15.00-$19.59 (Shift Differential Included)

Status We Offer to You:

1. Full-Time 30-40 hours per week

2. Part-Time 20-29 hours per week

3. Casual 19 hours or less per week

CNA Class Information [How Do I Enroll?]

1. Apply to become a Resident Assistant

2. HR will email you to schedule an interview up to 30 minutes

3. Paid Orientation

4. Paid Training as Resident Assistant

5. Paid Class Time (First 4 weeks over Zoom with Instructor)

6. Take Written Test at Geneva Lake Manor

6. 1-2 Weeks of Skills and Clinicals at Holton Manor [Sister Facility]

7. Take State WI CNA Test

8. Receive your Certificate

9. After 6-months of employment you will receive a $500.00 Caregiver Retention Bonus from taking our class!
