Job summary

Grande Assisted Living of Durant LLC in Durant, OK is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality daily care to residents. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management under supervision.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or Health Care Aid preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and medication schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with medication management and administration as directed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals for continuity.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
