Vibrant Life Senior Living in Temperance, MI is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care and support in a warm, home-like setting. You will help residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to care plans, and flexible scheduling including weekends to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of general caregiving or nurse assistant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life of senior residents.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

What You’ll Need:
