Job summary

Benedictine Living La Crosse is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to help create a caring, safe home environment.

As a RA you will document observations, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and participate in medication administration training while upholding our mission of hospitality, stewardship, respect and justice across the upper Midwest community.

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
