Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience. Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.

The Sanctuary of West St Paul is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide who will provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age Assisted Living residents’ physical and emotional well-being in our location in Saint Paul, MN. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. This part-time patient support position includes:

• Casual/On-Call Schedule
  Day/Evening/Night shift options, Work 3 shifts a month minimum
  Weekends as needed

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under the direction of Nurse, provides health-related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
Assists with onboarding of new staff.

Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
CNA certification if under 18.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.

$18.27 - $26.39/Hr.
