Arcadia Care is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in our Illinois facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities and help ensure their health, welfare, and safety.

The role involves supporting residents with tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, mobility, and basic activities, while reporting vitals to nursing staff as needed. Multiple shifts may be available including full-time and part-time options.

Job Summary

The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing resident care and support in all activities of daily living and ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents.

Essential Duties

• Assist residents with daily needs including eating, bathing, grooming, eating, exercising and mobility transfers.
