Optimized Senior Living in Lebanon, OH is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide hands-on care and promote independence in a home-like setting. This full-time position includes 12-hour night shifts and flexible scheduling options to fit your life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and people skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to call alerts.
• Support meal prep, service, and assistance during meals.
• Encourage engagement in enrichment activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces.
• Provide positioning, transfers, and transport as needed.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Promote dignity, privacy, and resident independence.
• Follow HIPAA, safety procedures, and all policies.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
