Vista Prairie Ridgeway in New Ulm, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will help with daily care, build real relationships, and work with a team that provides backup.

Base pay is $19.19–$22.25 per hour with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus. Full-time benefits include PTO, insurance options, and retirement plan details are provided by the employer.

Pay and differentials:

• Base pay: $19.19–$22.25/hour, based on experience
• PM shift differential: +$1/hour
• NOC shift differential: +$2/hour
• Weekend differential: +$3/hour
• Sign-on bonus: $500 (AM), $800 (PM), $1,000 (NOC)For Sign-Ons, Must be scheduled 40+ hrs/pp

Schedule:

Multiple Shifts Available: FT AM, FT PM, PT AM, PT PM, & PTNOC
