Job summary

Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds in Alexandria, MN is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant for weekend coverage. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, with shift options AM and PM, including every-other weekend.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, mobility, medications per care plans, and reporting health changes. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), sign-on bonus, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in a health-related field preferred.

$19.19–$22.25/hour based on experience. Shift differentials. Part-time weekend Resident Assistant at Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds, an assisted living community in Alexandria, MN.

Windmill Ponds residents need someone who shows up ready to help with the moments that matter: getting dressed, moving safely from bed to chair, and having someone notice when something's off. That's you.

What you'll need

Required:

Schedule: Part-Time, 2 Shifts Available.

The 1st Shift is: Every other weekend. AM every other weekend 6AM - 2:30PM. The 2 Shift is: PM including e/o weekend 2PM - 10:30PM

Pay and benefits

• $19.19–$22.25/hour based on experience
• $500 AM sign-on bonus (40+ hours per pay period)
