Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead programs that keep residents engaged in daily life. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no nights or weekends.

You will plan activities, lead games, crafts, music, and exercise, and foster personal connections with residents while supporting their emotional well-being. A positive, engaging, and inclusive environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Able to perform hands-on physical tasks, including leading exercise activities.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with elderly/dementia residents.

Full-time Activities Assistant at Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm. $16.26 to $19.93 an hour based on experience. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. No nights, no weekends.

Ridgeway on 23rd is an assisted living and memory care community in New Ulm. As an Activities Assistant, you'll plan and lead the programs that make up residents' days: games, music, crafts, exercise, and outings. This is a hands-on role where you get to know residents personally and help them stay engaged and connected.

Schedule
