Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team at Havenwood of Minnetonka. This role involves providing high-quality personal care to residents, assisting with mealtime, documenting shift assignments, communicating with residents and families, providing activities, and responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital signs.
2. Support residents during mealtime, including food preparation and encouragement to eat.
3. Complete and document shift assignments; report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, department heads, and the Director of Resident Services.
5. Provide planned or directed activities for residents.
6. Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Preferred: One year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA.
3. Desire to provide high-level care and excellent customer service.
