Job Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21.32 - $29.57/ hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Arbor Glen Senior Living is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide who will provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in Lake Elmo, MN.

This part-time caregiver schedule includes:

• 16 hours per two week pay period
• Day shift
• Every other weekend

Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health-related services as needed such as passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
• Assists with onboarding of new staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed.

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
• Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
• CNA certification if under 18.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA.
