Responsibilities
  1. Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital signs.
  2. Support residents during mealtime, including food preparation and encouragement to eat.
  3. Complete and document shift assignments; report any issues to the nursing supervisor if unable to complete tasks.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
  5. Provide planned activities and respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA.
