Role Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, continence management, transportation, appointments, communication, dining, and participation in programs.
• Monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
