• Caring for residents' needs, safety, and comfort

• Supporting housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail duties
• Monitoring residents' condition and reporting changes
• Conducting rounds for hazards or incidents
• Helping with dining services
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and families
