As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the heart of our mission—caring for residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships and assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting residents with daily living activities and maintaining their personal environment.
2. Providing observation and documentation.
3. Assisting with onboarding of new associates.
4. Completing and maintaining assigned medication administration training and competencies.
5. Operating lift equipment in accordance with legal requirements (must be 18+).
6. Managing multiple priorities and tasks independently.
7. Exhibiting excellent communication skills.
8. Reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
