Job summary

The Arbor Company in Middletown, NJ is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join Arbor Terrace Middletown. Full-time and part-time positions are available to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a warm assisted living setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes in health, and partner with nurses to maintain a safe, dignified environment. A NJ HHA certification and a caring attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and personal hygiene.
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity.
• Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship to residents.
• Encouraging participation in social activities and community events.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being.
• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care.
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
