Job summary

Benedictine Living Community in Rochester, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant for an evening shift (2pm-10pm) to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their environment.

The RA role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate observation and documentation, and assisting with onboarding of new associates, within a non-profit senior care setting that values hospitality, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must complete medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
