About the Role

At Havenwood of Buffalo, you will witness the inspiring life stories of our residents and be part of a company investing in the future of senior living. We are seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities as per policy.
• Assisting residents during mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging eating.
• Completing and documenting shift assignments; reporting any issues to the nursing supervisor if unable to complete tasks.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, department heads, and the Director of Resident Services.
• Providing activities as planned and/or directed.
• Responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA is preferred.

Employment Details

Part-Time position with a pay rate of $18/hr, commensurate with experience.
