Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital signs.
2. Support residents during mealtime, including food preparation and encouragement to eat.
3. Complete shift assignments and report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
5. Provide planned activities and respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA.
