Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, washers and dryers.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and residents' apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties including distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold/hang, and distribute laundered articles; change bed linens.
• Maintain resident laundry areas and stock the cleaning cart with supplies.
• Wipe windows and maintain clean storage and utility rooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; report issues to Supervisor.
