Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean community for residents and staff. You will launder towels and bed linens, manage resident laundry, and ensure apartments are maintained to high standards.

The role offers a starting wage of $15.50 per hour with increases based on experience, and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package supports your well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but training is provided.
• Understands practices for handling biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Bathrooms: toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs; sanitizes floors and mirrors.
• Kitchen: wipes counters and under objects; mops kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all exposed areas; empty and rinse wastebaskets.
• Wash windows as needed.
• Clean common areas: elevators, halls, lobbies, activity areas, stairs, model units.
• Maintain a clean laundry room and store chemicals per supervisor instructions.
