Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about providing quality care to seniors. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, and a strong communication style is essential for interacting with residents, families and team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Aide or similar healthcare role preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs.
• Must meet state and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Assist with meal service and hydration reminders as needed.
