Arlington Senior Living in Arlington, GA is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging daily activities for residents in a warm, inclusive environment. You will facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events, adapting activities to fit each resident's interests and abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, recreation, or resident activities preferred.
• Energetic, creative, patient, and compassionate personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable and organized with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
