MediLodge of Campus Area in East Lansing, MI is hiring a Resident Aide with no prior experience required. Join a team that values meaningful resident impact and offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

You will support nursing staff, assist with meals, and help residents with daily activities in a caring, respectful environment. We welcome individuals who are patient, reliable, and eager to learn, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members.
• Ability to learn infection control techniques.
• Ability to be patient and polite.

Responsibilities

• Labels resident clothing and belongings.
• Passes meal trays and offers basic tray set-up. May assist with feeding if competency demonstrated.
• Serves food and buses dishes in the dining room.
• Transports/escorts residents to areas within the facility (dining, activities, care conferences).
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Summary:
