Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA is hiring compassionate Resident Assistants to provide personalized care in a small Personal Care community.

You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining, and support daily living activities while observing changes and maintaining a safe, clean environment. OnDemand pay offered—get paid daily—along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and dining.
• Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and observe changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures.
