Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA is seeking Resident Assistants to build meaningful relationships with residents in a smaller Personal Care setting. Qualifications

• Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities.

• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures.
