Job summary

Butterfly Homes in the Billings Heights area is hiring for full-time or part-time caregivers for day and evening shifts. We seek kind, compassionate individuals who will support residents with dignity and respect.

In this role you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, help with medications for self-administration, maintain documentation, and keep rooms and common areas clean. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.
• Physical demands: walking/standing >70% of shift; lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain resident documentation as needed.
• Obtain residents' vitals as directed.
• Distribute resident medications for self-administration.
• Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled.
• Provide laundry services to residents.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Duties

To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident's quality of life with dignity and respect.
