Job summary

Mission Ridge is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in our welcoming community, helping with daily activities and care plans. We provide a culture rooted in family values and offer career growth opportunities.

As part of our team, you will manage medications as allowed by state regulations and document progress daily, with a focus on preserving residents' dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
