Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process to ensure a positive experience for residents, families and staff.
• Direct and monitor daily admissions operations to meet census goals and ensure professional admissions.
• Admit patients to the facility and complete admission and financial forms.
• Screen patients against admission criteria and coordinate with care teams.
