Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or related field.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in one-one/group program planning, implementation and evaluation for residents.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and evaluate activation programs based on assessed needs.
• Transport residents to/from programs and monitor during activities.
• Maintain program and resident records according to policy.
• Work cooperatively with other departments to meet resident needs.
