Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety of patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual, and needs of patients/residents.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
