Haven Health is hiring an Activity Manager to lead and evaluate the activities program within our care team. You will coordinate individual and group activities, oversee scheduling, and monitor resident responses to ensure activities meet assessed needs.

You will work under the Executive Director and be part of an interdisciplinary care team, shaping care plans and measurable goals for residents’ engagement and wellbeing.

Formación

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card or eligible to obtain (required).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing (required).
• Employee Health Screening conducted after Hire (required).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds (physical requirement).
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English (required).

Responsabilidades

• Directs development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program.
• Oversees scheduling of activities for individuals and groups.
• Monitors residents' responses and evaluates responses to programs for effectiveness.
• Contributes to the comprehensive assessment and care plan goals and approaches.
