The ARBORS AT ST BARNABAS INC in Valencia, PA is seeking an Activity Assistant for a full-time schedule that includes every other weekend and occasional evenings. Up to $18/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and implantation of activities.
• Develop and lead small, medium and large group activities.
• Contribute to resident’s care planning: assessments, care plan goals and approaches, care plan meetings, and progress notes.
• Documentation of records (care plans, assessments, progress notes, daily attendance).
• Transport residents to and from activities and assist with field trips.
