Job summary

As an Activities Associate at Trilogy Health Services, you will lead recreational and social activities to bring residents together and enhance their quality of life. If you enjoy working with people and have a creative mindset, you will thrive in this role.

You will tailor programs to residents’ needs, coordinate spaces and supplies, and document participation and outcomes to support in-house activities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to residents' cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusive options.
• Prepare spaces and gather equipment to support activities.
• Lead and document individual and group activities (arts, crafts, games, music, exercise, social gatherings) and track participation/outcomes.
