Job summary

Charleston Healthcare Group is seeking an Activity Staff member to implement activities for residents throughout the nursing facility. You will execute planned activities, provide engagement, and monitor residents for welfare and participation.

Responsibilities include following activity schedules, reporting issues to the Activity Director, and collaborating with staff to support restorative and social goals in a care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver activities designated by the Activity Director to meet residents' needs.
• Assist with restoring self-confidence and social reintegration for residents.
• Follow scheduled activities and attend in-services as required.
• Report issues to the Activity Director and work under supervision.
