Charleston Healthcare Group is seeking an Activity Staff to deliver the activities planned by the Activity Director. You will support residents with programs designed to restore confidence, promote social reintegration, and enhance physical and mental stimulation.

Training is provided, and you will follow all facility policies and supervision requirements. The role emphasizes good verbal and written communication, a positive attitude toward residents, and cooperation with the team to meet daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to communicate well, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the proper activities designated by the Activity Director to meet residents' needs.
• Restore self-confidence and support social reintegration through activities.
• Provide mental and sensory stimulation and develop plans for each resident.
