Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct resident-centered activities for the facility.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for residents to outings or appointments.
• Develop a monthly activity schedule including outings, group activities, and in-room activities.
• Encourage resident participation in self-initiated activities and provide necessary materials.
• Maintain informative charted progress notes and participate in related meetings and quality programs.
