Job summary

Symphony Care Network in Michigan seeks an Activity Aide to support residents through social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. You will assist residents with engaging programs, promote communication, and help maintain a lively, comforting environment across the facility.

Daily duties include leading group and individual activities and completing required record keeping in line with facility policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities.
• Willing to work every other weekend and some holidays.
• 1+ years of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities to provide social communication, entertainment, exercise and relaxation.
• Lead group and individual resident activities
• Complete required record keeping per facility policy
