Ideal candidates communicate effectively, stay organized, and engage positively with residents, families, and staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engagement activities meeting physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual needs of patients/residents.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
