Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or social services setting preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing activities, programs, and events for residents.
• Collaborate with the Activity Director to develop and maintain activity programs.
• Encourage socialization and interaction among residents, including group and one-on-one activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including mealtime activities and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on activity participation and engagement.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure resident-centered care.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all activities and residents.
