Pavilion at Piketon Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Activities Assistant to support and implement recreational and social programs for residents in Piketon, OH. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing monthly activity calendars.
• Coordinate resident participation in activities and transportation as needed.
• Record attendance and document resident responses to activities.
• Help residents access activities within the facility and maintain engagement.
• Support in one-on-one activity sessions for residents who need extra attention.
• Assist with coordinating offsite field trips and related arrangements.
• Participate in Resident/Family Council meetings as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
