Pioneer Healthcare Management in Saint Louis, MI is seeking an Activities Aide to support residents through engaging programs at the Riverside location. The role focuses on creating inclusive activities, coordinating group and individual participation, and documenting activities in line with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and have prior SNF or assisted living activity experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• 1 year experience in activities in a SNF or assisted living environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan activities to meet residents' specific needs, including large group, small group, and individual participation.
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations and attendance book.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous material, and fire safety.
• Ensure compliance with Residents' Rights.
• Responsible for initial assessment, picture and front name board.
• Compose monthly contributions, including the monthly Activities calendar, pass out newsletter, and pass out nametags.
